Ozzy

Ozzy is a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix ready to find his forever home! He's a happy-go-lucky fellow with tons of playful energy and affection to give. Ozzy loves being around his people and is as sharp as a tack. He'd do great with someone active who can meet his needs through play, enrichment, and training. Ozzy has made great progress since being rescued from a shelter in Georgia and is now learning to thrive in a home environment.

Ideal Home

Ozzy would do best in a single-dog household or with an experienced owner of a multi-dog household, as he can get a bit rowdy with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ozzy has mild environmental allergies that cause itchy skin and ears, but they are currently under control.

Training & Support

Ozzy is crate and potty trained and walks nicely on a leash, though he will need continued training with his new person. He has also started the very beginnings of recall training. He enjoys settling down with a favorite chew after playtime or a walk.
