Max McLovin is the sweetest boy with the happiest energy! This 3-year-old, 59 lb American Staffy mix is a certified lover who greets everyone like a long-lost friend. He's affectionate, loves belly rubs, and truly believes physical touch is his love language. Max thrives on companionship and would be happy to be by your side, whether you're working, relaxing, or exploring. He's also great with other dogs and enjoys playful romps, but he'd be just as content being your one and only!
Ideal Home
Max would love a home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs, sunbathe, and just enjoy the outdoors with his people nearby. He thrives on being included in family activities and doesn't need anything extravagant to be happy, just a comfy couch, people to love, snacks, belly rubs, and some sunshine.
Ongoing Health
Max is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. He has also been tested for heartworm and treated if needed.
Training & Support
Max is crate trained, potty trained, eager to please, and very food motivated, making training a breeze! He already knows commands like "sit" and "shake" and would likely enjoy puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and learning new tricks.

Transporation
Max is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Please note that Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. An additional $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
