Radar

Radar is a 1 1/2-year-old German Shepherd Dog mix weighing 70 pounds with a wonderful balance of independence and affection. He enjoys exploring the world at his own pace but is just as happy returning to his favorite people for love and attention. He's a curious adventurer who enjoys taking his time on “sniffari” adventures, investigating every interesting scent along the way. Radar happily returns for attention, leaning into pets, and sometimes even resting his head in a lap for extra snuggles. He’s smart, treat-motivated, knows “sit,” takes treats politely, and enjoys engaging with his handler. Radar has played well with other dogs in doggie playgroup, showing appropriate social skills with canine companions.

Ideal Home

Radar would do well with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends outside the home.

Ongoing Health

Radar has been neutered.

Training & Support

Radar is still working on his leash manners and continues to make progress with guidance.
