AWESOME DOG ALERT!! Howdy! My name is Cookie, and I am a sweet and friendly female Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog mix, about 6.5 years old, and I weigh 68 lbs. I was rescued in Texas and brought to Connecticut by 4 Little Paws Rescue to find my forever home. I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, happy, and ready to meet you! I am a calm, easygoing lady who is friendly with everyone I meet, including kids and strangers. I'm nonchalant about other dogs, not really the dog playmate type, but my heart belongs to people. I adore their company, visiting everyone at social gatherings, and I LOVE going for walks and tagging along on road trips. My foster mom says I am very sweet-natured and would make a wonderful lap dog if only I were smaller, but I'm thinking 68 lbs is small enough, LOL! I am well-behaved, rarely bark, don't jump fences, not scared of thunderstorms, fully housebroken, and I don't mind a kennel. I am smart and eager to please, ready for any adventure or just some snuggling on the couch watching TV.
Ideal Home
Cookie loves people and would be happy to join any family. She is friendly with kids and strangers and enjoys being the center of attention. While she's not looking for a canine playmate, she's generally indifferent to other dogs.

Cookie is a well-behaved girl who rarely barks, doesn't jump fences, and is fully housebroken. She doesn't mind a kennel and is not scared of thunderstorms. She's smart and eager to please, making her a joy to train.

Cookie is currently in Connecticut. 4 Little Paws Rescue adopts to many states along the East Coast, and transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside of our typical adoption states, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.
