This energetic and affectionate boy is KING, a 6-8 year old Lab mix with a spirit as vibrant as his fun, fluffy tail! KING lives life to the fullest, enjoying plenty of playtime and activity. He's a well-rounded companion, friendly with people, kids, and other dogs, and while he hasn't met any kitties, he's sure to charm them with his sweet nature. KING is a smart cookie, understanding commands and is a quiet boy, only barking to alert you to anything unusual. He's not overly demanding but will melt your heart with a gentle face rub. KING is house and crate-trained, doesn't suffer from storm or separation anxiety, and is a dream on walks and in the car.

Ideal Home

KING would thrive in an active household that can provide him with regular activity and enrichment. A home with a yard would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

KING is a survivor and has physical scars from a past injury where he was hit by a car. These scars do not impact his ability to live a full and happy life.

Training & Support

KING is house and crate-trained and generally follows directions well. He has a history of chewing plastic, so metal bowls are recommended.
