Geraldo - URGENT

Geraldo is a 4-month-old Pit Bull Terrier who is in urgent need of a loving home. He is currently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter and has been there since June 19, 2026. Unfortunately, Geraldo is unwell and requires immediate care and a safe environment to recover. This sweet pup is at high risk due to overcrowding and the unfortunate reality of euthanasia for many animals in shelters.

Geraldo needs a patient and caring home where he can focus on healing and getting stronger.

Geraldo is currently sick and needs a safe place to recover. Further details about his condition should be discussed with the rescue organization.

Training & Support

As Geraldo is still a puppy, he will need continued guidance and support as he grows. He is not yet house-trained.

Transporation

Geraldo is located at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter. CAPS can arrange transportation for adopters on the West Coast. Adopters will be responsible for any transport fees.
