Aspen

Aspen is a charming 3-year-old male Siberian Husky mix who came to us as a stray. He's still learning that he's in a safe and loving place, and can be a little unsure at first. With a gentle approach and patient encouragement, Aspen is easy to handle and quickly settles down. He has the sweetest, softest eyes and though he's a bit shy, it's clear he enjoys being near people. Aspen is a sensitive soul who can get nervous with touch and might shake when he's scared, but he remains tolerant and allows gentle handling. He's not quite ready for playtime and isn't showing much interest in toys just yet, preferring to take things in at his own pace. On leash, Aspen walks beautifully with no major pulling, making your strolls together calm and enjoyable.

Ideal Home

Aspen would do best in a home with a patient and understanding adopter who can help build his confidence. He would be a good fit for a home with teenagers who can respect his boundaries and move calmly around him.

Aspen is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Aspen is still learning to trust and build confidence, so a patient adopter is key. He walks nicely on leash and is learning to be comfortable with handling.
