Meet Adelina! This soulful two-and-a-half-year-old Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd mix has a lot of love to give. Adelina is a gentle and sensitive spirit who forms deep connections with her people once she feels safe. While she can seem aloof at first, with patience and steady companionship, she'll melt into your world. Her favorite move is a sweet belly-up sprawl once she trusts, inviting love and belly rubs!

Ideal Home

Adelina thrives on structure, calm, and consistent companionship. She would do best in a quiet home with no other pets and a calm, patient environment. A home where someone is around most of the day would be ideal, or where her new caregivers can gently work with her through gradual desensitization to manage separation anxiety.

Ongoing Health

Adelina is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Adelina is house-trained and knows "sit." While she hasn't had formal obedience training, her eagerness to connect means she's ready to learn and grow with a caring and experienced guide. Her reactivity to other dogs appears rooted in fear and limited early socialization, and she responds beautifully to gentle structure and positive reinforcement.
