ODIN (Partial Vision)

Odin is a sweet 14-week-old dachshund with partial vision. He arrived with us needing some extra care but has made amazing improvements! Initially low-energy with a poor appetite and some elevated glucose readings, Odin has bounced back wonderfully. After receiving fluids and learning to drink independently, he now has all the energy of a typical, playful puppy. He sees well enough to navigate and enjoy his playtime, and he's scheduled to see an ophthalmologist to get a clearer picture of his vision as he ages. Odin has received several rounds of DAPP vaccinations and will soon be up-to-date on Bordetella and rabies.

Ideal Home

Odin is a young puppy with partial vision, so a patient and understanding home will be best.

Ongoing Health

Odin has partial vision, and his ophthalmologist visit at the end of May will help determine the extent of his vision and how it may progress. He is not diabetic.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Odin will benefit from continued training and socialization. He is learning to drink on his own and is doing great.
