Clara and Belle are two precious sisters who are like animated plush toys come to life! These fluffy chow/rat terrier mixes are soft, tiny, and expressive, always seeming to be in on the best gossip. Clara is the outgoing one, a social butterfly who believes everyone she meets is a potential best friend. Belle is a bit more reserved initially, taking her time to assess a situation like a tiny distinguished lady. However, once she warms up, she reveals the same goofy smile, loving personality, and desire for cuddles as her sister. They are incredibly sweet and have proven to be dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and people-friendly. They would absolutely thrive in a home with another playful and confident dog. At around five weeks old, they are learning all the essentials of puppyhood, including routines, confidence building, toy play, potty training, and how to avoid sitting in their water bowls. Their mama weighs about 25–30 pounds, so they are expected to remain on the smaller side when fully grown, just enough fluff to significantly improve your quality of life without taking over the couch. These girls have a "storybook puppy" vibe and are available for adoption separately.
Ideal Home
These sisters would absolutely thrive in homes with another playful, confident dog. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both the pets and families involved.
Ongoing Health
Clara and Belle are young puppies and will require continued care as they grow.
Training & Support
These puppies are learning all the normal puppy things like routines, confidence, toys, potty training, and how to stop sitting directly in the water bowl. Every rescue pup is a work in progress, and showing up for them every day until they know they're finally home is key to helping them bloom into the best versions of themselves.

Clara and Belle are currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to their perfect forever home by our rescue! We have transports departing each week.
