Sweet Chapa is a 2-year-old, 32 lb Lab and beagle mix with a heart full of love and a desire for a fresh start! This energetic girl is a "sato," a dog from Puerto Rico, and she's eager to explore the world with her new family. Chapa is at her prime and ready for all the adventures, from sniffy walks and park romps to making new furry friends. She's a smart pup who would likely enjoy dog school to show off her intelligence. Most importantly, Chapa is looking for a safe, loving, and permanent place to call home where she can give endless love and loyalty in return.

Ideal Home

Chapa would do best with a family committed to her socialization, ideally with another resident dog to help her learn the ropes. Regular walks with other dogs, visits to the dog park, or attending doggy daycare would be fantastic for her adjustment.
