WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old, 59 lb Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix who is a happy, playful boy. I was rescued from a crowded California shelter where I was impounded as a stray. I was adopted, but returned within 24 hours due to allergies in the home. Now, I'm ready for a foster or forever home! I've done great with other dogs and love to play with them and hang out with humans.

I am neutered and vaccinated.
