Meet Julie Filamore-Angel Brooks. Julie Filamore-Angel Brooks, based in California, raises high-quality purebred German Shepherd Dogs from carefully selected bloodlines known for intelligence, sound temperament, athletic structure, and strong working ability. This special breeding includes champion and police K9 lineage. With more than 20 years of breeding experience, including prior breeding in Washington State under the surnames Filamore, Angel, Angel-Filamore, and Filamore-Angel, Brooks High Quality Breeders is committed to giving every puppy a strong foundation in care, structure, socialization, and early development. Born January 11, 2026, these puppies are intelligent, attentive, and eager to learn. They are leash trained, comfortable riding in vehicles, and kennel/pen trained overnight. They follow regular outdoor potty routines and can also use puppy pads or a litter box containing horse pellets with dirt or sand inside the home or kennel. Early development includes sit, come, leash manners, introductory search work, and impulse-control training. The puppies are learning to remain calm and focused around distractions, including other animals at the park, and not react when another animal becomes excited or reactive. They are generally quiet and primarily bark to alert when unfamiliar people approach. Available puppies: Red and blue collars are males. Orange, yellow, and pink collars are females. Red and orange are long-haired. The puppies have received age-appropriate deworming and vaccinations, including DA2PP/DHPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Lyme disease vaccinations. Rabies and canine influenza have not yet been administered. Each puppy will leave with a complete health and vaccination record and a written purchase contract. Registration eligibility and any guarantees are stated in the written contract. All puppies are currently offered for $1,000 each due to our upcoming move. Puppies with this level of lineage, care, and early training from our program would ordinarily be offered for up to $4,995.
