Dixie

Sweet Dixie is a 12-year-old Chihuahua who came to us as part of a group of 18 from a hoarding situation. She had a rough start with dental issues and three mammary tumors that needed to be removed, but she's bounced back like the champ she is! Now, Dixie is a happy, healthy girl who is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and crate trained. She's still got plenty of pep in her step and loves her humans dearly. She's also good with children and would be happy in a home with other dogs or as the sole furry ruler of her domain. Let's give this sweet senior the loving retirement home she deserves!

Ideal Home

Dixie would do well in a home with other dogs, or she would also be happy to be an only child. She is good with children.

Ongoing Health

Dixie had three mammary tumors removed and has had extensive dental work. She is heartworm negative and fully vaccinated.
