CT Peanut

Little Peanut's world was turned upside down when his elderly owner passed away. He arrived at the shelter scared, confused, and heartbroken. In his kennel, he quietly hides and cowers, longing for the comfort and love he once knew. Peanut is a small, white or cream-colored Pomeranian mix, and he is neutered and vaccinated.

Ideal Home

Peanut is looking for a calm, quiet home with a patient family who will give him the time he needs to feel safe again. A cozy lap, gentle kindness, and a little understanding are all he needs to help mend his broken heart. Due to MA Dept of Agriculture restrictions, we cannot adopt to MA residents.

Ongoing Health

Peanut is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Peanut is a bit shy and needs gentle reassurance to build his confidence. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping him adjust to his new home.

Transporation

Peanut is currently located at PawSafe Animal Rescue, 348 Old Colony Rd, Eastford CT. They are open for visits: Wednesday 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Transport may be available.
