Meet Mackenzie!

Mackenzie is a stunning 48-pound, 2-year-old girl who appears to be a Wirehaired Terrier mix, possibly with Border Collie and Schnauzer. Her journey began with heartbreak; she was found tied to a post with a basket of puppies. Despite her difficult past, she remained loving, gentle, and trusting. Her puppies are now ready for their own families, and it's finally Mackenzie's turn to find the loving home she deserves.

This beautiful girl loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, children, cats, and even horses. She has a friendly, social personality and enjoys being part of whatever her people are doing. She loves car rides and may even understand Spanish better than English!

Ideal Home

Mackenzie would thrive with an active family that can include her in their daily adventures. She would especially love a home with another young, playful dog who can match her energy and be her companion. Whether it’s a hike, a trip to the beach, or simply spending time with her family, Mackenzie is happiest when she’s sharing life with those she loves.

Ongoing Health

Mackenzie is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, including rabies.

Mackenzie is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained.
