Elena is a dream girl! She is likely a Black Mouth Cur mix with sugar and spice and everything nice :) She is extremely loyal and loves getting cuddles from her people. She likes to nose-butt your arm for attention and absolutely loves squeaky toys. She will also just stare at you with her gorgeous, soft eyes and beg you to scratch or kiss her. She has lots of love and fun to give to exactly the right family!

Ideal Home

Elena is house trained, crate trained, and good with other animals and children. She gets along well with the 6 dogs and 1 cat in her foster home. However, she can get territorial in a new environment with other dogs, so an experienced dog home or an only dog home would be best. She can be with other dogs as long as you are the boss and she knows it.

Training & Support

Elena knows how to sit and wait to eat her food until told "go ahead." She loves kids and does well with even the littlest ones hugging her. Her favorite hobby is watching squirrels in the backyard for hours!
