Smokey

Smokey is an outgoing, confident, and incredibly intelligent adult male dog. He's a handsome mix of Akita and Dutch Shepherd, large in size with medium-length brown and white fur. Smokey was recently returned to us because he gets bored and finds ways to escape his enclosure – he can easily clear a ten-foot fence! He is a crowd favorite and so eager to please, with high motivation and the potential to learn lots of neat tricks. Smokey is also super dog social! We can't wait to find the lucky family who gets to have this guy as their faithful companion.

Ideal Home

Smokey would love a new home with a handler who has time to spend with him and keep him engaged. Due to his impressive escape artistry, a home with a securely fenced yard is essential.

Ongoing Health

Smokey is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Smokey is very intelligent and motivated to learn. With consistent engagement and training, he'll surely master many new tricks!
