Meet Charlie!
Charlie is a sweet, happy-go-lucky boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for snuggles. He's a petite guy around 45 pounds who just enjoys being near his people. Through no fault of his own, Charlie found himself at the city shelter and was only hours away from euthanasia due to kennel stress. Thankfully, we were able to pull him in time! Since arriving with us, he has been nothing but a calm, loving, and easygoing companion. He happily snuggles into his blankets, enjoys chewing on his favorite bones, and loves watching his doggy friends. Charlie has quickly stolen our hearts! He hasn't met a stranger yet and is very interested in other dogs, happily making new friends. We're unsure how he is with cats, but he responds well to recall and redirection, which could make him a good candidate for a cat sibling with proper introductions. He is potty trained and does great in his kennel, though he definitely prefers being out and about with his people. He loves playing with his stuffies and will proudly bring his toys over to you so he can play right by your side while soaking up affection. That's just who he is – a loving boy who wants to share everything with you. Charlie is truly the best boy who simply ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now he's just waiting for his perfect people to give him the forever home he deserves.
Ideal Home
Charlie would thrive in a home where he can be close to his people, enjoying snuggles and playtime. He is good with other dogs and could potentially do well with a cat if properly introduced.

Charlie is healthy and has no known health concerns.
Training & Support
Charlie is potty trained and responds well to redirection. He enjoys chewing on bones and playing with his toys.
