Dakota is a sweet 3-month-old Carolina Dog/Belgian Malinois mix who currently weighs 17 pounds. While she has the striking looks of a Belgian Malinois, we don't expect her to grow into a large dog; she'll likely stay around a medium size when fully grown. This sweet girl has a gentle, loving personality and is happiest when she's playing with her dog friends or soaking up attention from her people. Dakota gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is great with kids, and enjoys meeting new people. Like many puppies, Dakota can be a little shy when faced with new situations, but once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate side shines through. She's curious, eager to learn, and ready to take on life's adventures with a family by her side. Dakota is looking for a home that will continue to help her build confidence while giving her plenty of love, playtime, and positive experiences.
