Petrie

Petrie is a friendly, curious, and athletic 3-year-old male weighing in at 40 lbs. He's a smart, loyal, and attentive boy who loves toys and balls and is very focused on people and their commands. Petrie enjoys leisurely walks, especially in beautiful weather, and is great on a leash. His previous owner mentioned he lived with several other dogs and got along well with them. Sadly, his owner came looking for him after he got lost but never returned to pick him up.

Ideal Home

Petrie can be sensitive to walking in overly hot or very windy weather, which seems to stress him. He gets along with some dogs but not all, and can sometimes act a bit territorial towards unfamiliar dogs in a shelter setting. Once he's out of the shelter environment and has the chance to meet potential canine friends, he might do wonderfully with the right match.

Petrie is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
