Rocky is a 2-year-old dog whose life began with hardship. He was found abandoned in the Texas heat, confined to a cage on an apartment balcony with another dog, with no relief from the sun and little understanding of the world. Despite his difficult start, Rocky's heart remains full of love. Now in a safe sanctuary, he's discovered the joy of living freely, enjoys being part of a pack, and soaks up every bit of attention. He greets everyone with excitement and trust, his hopeful heart still believing his person is out there. Rocky has been in rescue for a while and is often overlooked, but he is loving, ready, and deserves a chance at a forever home.
