A little about them
Noel is a joyful, adventure-loving Dalmatian/Pointer mix from Guadalajara, Mexico. This medium-sized boy is playful, affectionate, social, and eager to share life with his people. He enjoys hiking, long walks, car rides, outdoor adventures, balls, squeaky toys, treats, and plenty of human attention.
Noel is wonderful with children and enjoys other dogs, although he can be a little alpha with male dogs and prefers attention. He is not aggressive. He loves affection and physical contact, and he is happy to be part of family activities.
Ideal Home
Noel would do best with an active family and a secure, fenced yard. A home with another dog is not required, and apartment living is not suitable. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
Ongoing Health
Noel was recently diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune condition. He needs one-quarter tablet of his medication daily and has no symptoms as long as his medication is continued.
He is neutered and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Noel is crate trained, walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, and is intelligent and responsive. House training is in progress and going well; he is accustomed to going on grass. He is not destructive or food aggressive, and he only barks for attention or during play. Extra caution is recommended during his initial adjustment period.
