Carmilla is a 5-year-old, 50lb Doberman mix with a docked tail and a coarse coat. She was found as a stray near the airport in Houston and has since been fostered in the country, where she's been exposed to horses and chickens and seems to be enjoying her rural adventures. Carmilla prefers action-packed activities like jumping into ponds or climbing mountains over more subdued pastimes. She was found without a microchip, and after extensive efforts to find her owner yielded no results, she joined rescue. Her past indicates she's had puppies and has some wear and tear, with scars on her head and worn front teeth, likely from chewing on rough surfaces.
