You just HAVE to meet Momo! He's a small boy with a bigger-than-life personality who is just waiting for you to bring him home! Momo Sugar is a pittie mix, approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 37 lbs. With his long body, short legs, bouncy ears, piggy-like nose, and perfectly curled tail, he's a true mystery, but the cutest one! Momo loves to toss his toys in the air and catch them, showing off his expert self-entertainment skills. But don't let his playful energy fool you; once he's had his fun, he's all about lounging on the floor and hanging out with his people, soaking up the family vibes.
Momo is currently living in a busy foster home with multiple dogs of all ages and sizes, including his best friend, a tiny Chihuahua! They love wrestling, snuggling, and enjoying each other's company. Momo easily makes doggy friends and really enjoys having canine companions to romp with. He's not all play, though! After a good play session or a game of fetch, he's fully ready to settle down for a nap. Momo has also been great with kids ages 7-10, including an autistic child. He plays with enthusiasm and has the best time playing fetch with older kids. Momo is also a smarty pants! He already knows commands like "sit" and would love to join you on daily walks to explore the world together. He is crate trained, potty trained, and has wonderful house manners. Momo also makes a great shotgun rider, so the possibilities are limitless for where you'll go together! He often joins his foster family for trips to the dog park, where he can show off his fetch skills.
Ideal Home
Momo loves to play fetch and would thrive in a home where he can continue to enjoy this game, especially with older children. He also enjoys lounging and cuddling after playtime, so a home that balances activity with relaxation would be perfect.

Momo is a rescue dog, and as with any rescue, his breed and exact age cannot be guaranteed.

Momo is already crate trained, potty trained, and knows the "sit" command. He's a smart boy who would likely enjoy continuing to learn new things.

Transporation
Momo is currently in Texas. Wags facilitates adoptions across the US through their own internal transport, traveling to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA, or Brattleboro, VT. Transport travels in comfort with 24/7 care on USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can follow their adventure on a private Facebook event page. There will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport. All adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, Tx.
