Kamoku & Kasumi

Kamoku, a 14-year-old, 17 lb Dachshund mix, and Kasumi, a 5-year-old, 38 lb (goal weight 22 lbs) Cairn Terrier mix, are a bonded pair who were surrendered together when their owner's health declined. They were clearly deeply loved, as evidenced by a decade's worth of holiday photo cards documenting their lives together. When separated, Kamoku stopped eating and Kasumi became inconsolable, highlighting their inseparable bond. Together, they are mellow, affectionate, and coexist calmly with other pets and children.

Ideal Home

Kamoku and Kasumi are looking for a home where they can stay together. They are good with kids, cats, and other dogs.

Kasumi is currently at a goal weight of 22 lbs.
