Bear is a handsome, approximately 1-year-old, 60 lb pittie mix with a big presence and an even bigger personality! He's a confident, people-loving guy who meets the world with enthusiasm and curiosity. Bear is treat-motivated and eager to engage, making him a joy to train. He's already house and crate trained, and he loves to lounge.
Ideal Home
Bear would thrive in a home that can provide regular exercise, mental stimulation, and ongoing training. He'd do well with a confident, calm, larger female dog who won't be overwhelmed by his playfulness. A dog-savvy, confident cat and slow introductions would be essential for him to live peacefully with a feline friend.
Ongoing Health
Bear is a healthy boy who has received all age-appropriate vetting.
Training & Support
Bear is still learning leash manners and how to contain his excitement when he sees other dogs, but he responds well to corrections and consistent handling. He can sometimes be a bit too pushy with other dogs during play but learns to respect boundaries. He loves enrichment puzzles, which are great for his brain!
