Miguel's journey began on the streets, where he walked with quiet determination. He was found sick and unable to walk, and that’s when his rescue story truly began. Born around May 2021, Miguel has overcome hardship with grace, and today he’s a calm, happy dog who loves nothing more than stretching his legs on a good run. After a long walk, he settles right down, content and peaceful. Miguel is sweet and playful, but he’s also sensitive to overstimulation. He thrives with someone who understands his boundaries and appreciates his big personality. He’s not “crazy”—he’s simply full of life and emotion, and he’s looking for a person who will see that as the gift it is. While Miguel gets along with most dogs at a distance, he values his personal space and would do best as the only dog in the home. He’s not aggressive—just a little vocal when others get too close—but he’s easily redirected and never lunges. What shines through most is his gentle spirit and his desire to connect with people in a way that’s both joyful and sincere. Miguel is a very good boy with so much love to give. Transporation
Miguel is in Nayarit, MX in an outdoor shelter. He can be adopted either locally or can fly to his new home (outside of heat embargos). Most common, but not limited to, flight angel destinations are: Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver & Victoria.
