Kai is currently being fostered in San Antonio, Texas, and while she loves her foster family, she's dreaming of a home where she can share her boundless enthusiasm.
Ideal Home
Kai is the ultimate companion for an active household! She loves to run, play fetch, and will happily entertain herself with toys when she's not engaging in zoomies with her doggy friends. She's also a snuggle bug who enjoys pets and belly rubs after a good play session. Kai has done wonderfully with children and thrives on their affection. While she's generally happy and can be left out in her foster home, it's recommended to crate any new dog until they've had time to adjust to their new surroundings. Kai can get a little nervous with loud noises or storms, but with love and reassurance, she settles down beautifully.

Training & Support
Kai is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. She might pull slightly on the leash when she sees another dog, but it's only because she's so excited to make a new friend! She has no issues with stairs and rides like a champ in the car.

Transporation
Kai is located in San Antonio, Texas. Our rescue can arrange transport out of state once she's matched with an approved adopter. Transports run every few weeks. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
