About Sally Sue (Reduced Rover)
Part steel magnolia, part sugar cookie, part unlicensed emotional support biscuit.
Picture this: a 32-pound shepherd mix with a heart big enough to light up rural Mississippi and a spirit strong enough to raise SEVEN puppies in a shelter with nothing but grit, grace, and the sheer force of motherhood. That's Sally Sue—a pint-sized, biscuit-flavored miracle who refuses to let her past dim her shine.
Take Paws rescued her just in time, scooping up this tiny heroine and her seven squirmy miracles like precious jewels. Her pups have been adopted, adored, and are probably running their new households. And now Sally Sue is finally—FINALLY—ready for her own soft landing. Sally Sue loves her people the way Southern grandmas love bragging about their grandchildren—loudly, loyally, without apology. She melts into cuddles like butter into cornbread. She'll follow you from room to room with the quiet devotion of someone who has lived the hard chapters and is ready—achingly ready—for the good ones.
Ideal Home
New dogs? She observes first, like a polite woman at a potluck gauging whether the potato salad has raisins. Once approved, though? She's all in. She currently lives with FIVE foster siblings, managing them like a benevolent small-town mayor. Cats? Unconfirmed. Could go either way, much like family reunions.
Ongoing Health
Spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm treatment completed. Healthy as a peach in June.
Training & Support
House trained.
