Moxie

Moxie is a 5-year-old Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of adventure and a love for the great outdoors! She's an energetic girl who would be thrilled to find an active companion to share her zest for life. Moxie truly shines when she's on the move – she enjoys running, especially alongside ATVs, and is a happy car rider. On our farm, she's proven to be a good listener, responding well when redirected and coming when called. While she has learned to respect our horses, she still has a strong prey drive towards cats, making a feline-free home ideal for her. Her energy needs to be met with a secure yard and plenty of daily exercise. Moxie is making progress with leash training but still pulls, so continued practice will help her master this skill.

Ideal Home

Moxie would thrive in an active home with a yard and a family ready for daily adventures. A home without cats is a must.

Ongoing Health

Moxie is up to date on vaccinations and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Moxie is house-trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She may need a little time to adjust to new people and will benefit from patient introductions. She can be a bit defensive around assertive dogs but has done well with more submissive canine friends. While she enjoys her people's company, she seems content without other doggy companions, but proper introductions are always recommended.
