River is an amazing boy with a social personality that you are sure to love! He's friendly, affectionate, smart, curious, and funny, and truly thrives when he's with his humans. River loves to give warm snuggles and would be the perfect cuddle buddy. He enjoys having fun and can be quite silly, which will keep you smiling. River loves his toys and will either play with you or entertain himself. Watching him run around with a toy in his mouth, get excited, and give you an adorable look is a joy! River also enjoys napping on the couch. He loves attention but is a good boy who's happy to wait for the right moment. River is house-trained and is a 49 lb Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix with an estimated birthday of November 16, 2022. He is good on a leash and loves everyone he meets on walks, often drawing compliments from passersby. He loves to explore and is eager to please, making basic training a breeze with a little time and his favorite yummy treats! River also LOVES the water, is an excellent swimmer, and enjoys spending time near it.

Ideal Home

River's new family will need to have a home with a secure, fully fenced backyard so he can safely run and play with his toys.

Ongoing Health

River's adoption fee includes all vetting, including DAPP with booster, bordetella, rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, neuter, flea prevention, and 1 year of heartworm prevention. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

River is house-trained and eager to please, making him a great candidate for further training with the help of his favorite treats.
