Ivar

Much like Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz, Ivar would like you to "Get Low." This cute ivory boy is 3 years old and weighs in at 55 lbs! He knows how to sit and always likes to be in front of you, protecting your six! He can be shy to start and tends to keep his distance when you're standing straight up, so we'd recommend giving him some time to come to you and getting low on the ground at his level. He doesn't seem to mind pets or kisses, but isn't the most affectionate!

Ideal Home

Ivar would do best in a home where he is given time to warm up to new people. Getting down on his level will help him feel more comfortable.

Ivar is neutered and vaccinated.

Ivar knows how to sit! He can be shy initially, so patience and understanding will be key to his adjustment.

Ivar is located at the Kansas Humane Society of Wichita, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219. We can arrange transport to approved adopters within a 3-hour radius of our shelter.
