Finn

Finn is a sweet, energetic, one-year-old Australian Cattle Dog and Pit Bull Terrier mix with a big smile and an even bigger heart. True to his herding-dog roots, he’s full of energy, playfulness, and smarts. He already knows his obedience commands and will happily sit still when asked, showing just how eager he is to please. This boy loves to play, but he can sometimes be a little rough, and he has a tendency to "herd" kids in true Cattle Dog fashion. In new situations, he can be a little nervous at first, but he quickly comes around and shows off his affectionate, goofy side. With exercise, structure, and love, he’s sure to blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be.

Ideal Home

Finn will do best in a home without young children, or with a family who understands his breed traits and can help guide him with consistency and patience.

Ongoing Health

Finn is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Finn knows his basic obedience commands and is eager to please. He can sometimes be a little rough when playing and has a tendency to herd children. He may need continued guidance to help him manage these behaviors.

Transportation

Finn is located at Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center at 85 Temperance Ave, Clovis, CA 93611. We are open for walk-ins Tuesday - Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, with adoptions closing at 4:30 PM each day.
