Marky Mark is a big, goofy, and incredibly happy pittie mix who is sure to steal your heart! He's approximately 1 year old and weighs around 56 lbs, with the perfect combination of squishy wrinkles and athletic muscle. Marky is a total lover boy who enjoys both playful antics and cozy cuddles, making him the ideal companion for any adventure or a quiet night in. He's social with people and dogs, and even great with puppies, earning him the title of "favorite fun uncle." While he loves to play, he's also respectful of other dogs' boundaries and can entertain himself. Marky is eager to please, learns quickly, and already knows how to sit and walk well on a leash with a gentle reminder. He's also crate trained and house-trained, with excellent house manners.
Ideal Home
Marky would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can explore, play with his favorite squeaky toys, and soak up the sun. He would do best with another dog that enjoys both play and relaxation, but he doesn't require another dog in the home to be happy and fulfilled. Marky should be in a home without cats. While we haven't seen Marky with children yet, we believe he would be a wonderful family companion and are happy to arrange introductions.

Marky is a rescue and, as with any rescue, we cannot guarantee breed or age. All medical needs are up-to-date.
Training & Support
Marky is a smart pup who loves treats and is eager to please. He responds well to corrections and is easy to walk on a leash, though he may pull initially out of excitement. He is crate trained, potty trained, and has great house manners. His eagerness to learn means any additional training will be a breeze!

Marky is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our USDA-certified transport system. Transport is available to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up locations are in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
