Stacey

My name is Stacey, and I'm a sweet, approximately 4-year-old, 55lb American Bulldog mix searching for my loving forever home! I ended up at a shelter but was rescued by a kind volunteer and brought to BCAA. I was a bit unsure at first, but my foster family has shown me so much kindness, and I've blossomed into a dog who adores attention and treats! I'm a social butterfly with other dogs and enjoy a good romp and tumble with playful pups. I haven't bothered any cats I've met. I'm a star in my kennel, no accidents or damage to report! However, I do get excited when I know people or other dogs are around and will let you know I'm here! I love my food and treats, taking them gently. I'm also a good leash walker, with just a little tug if something exciting catches my eye.

Ideal Home

A home where I can get plenty of attention and playtime would be wonderful. I enjoy being out and about, so a family that understands my vocalizations when I'm excited to join the fun would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

I am generally healthy and have been spayed.

Training & Support

I'm working on managing my excitement when I know others are around. I enjoy treats and praise, which are great motivators for continued good behavior!
