Astro (27lb)

Astro is a 2-year-old, 25lb Heeler/Chi mix who was found alone in a tough neighborhood in Texas. A Kind Spirits foster volunteer opened her home to him, and now that he's fully vetted and his personality has blossomed, he's ready to find his forever family. Astro is eager to please and loves to be your number one pup. He's motivated by food, toys, and treats, and enjoys quiet cuddles. He is house-trained, crate-trained, potty-trained, and leash-trained.

Ideal Home

Astro has a bit of a "little man" complex, which is fitting for his mix! He may occasionally nip at male dogs when competing for treats or attention.

Astro is fully vetted.

Training & Support

Astro is highly food, toy, and treat motivated, which can be a great asset in training. While he's generally quiet and cuddly, be mindful of his "little man" complex and potential to nip at male dogs during competition for resources.

Transporation

Astro is located in Brattleboro, VT. Out-of-state adopters are welcome, and private transport can be arranged for an additional $200, which includes a health certificate, vet exam, and transportation to your area.
