Tripp is a handsome 2-year-old Husky with a gentle personality and an independent spirit. He's the kind of dog who is happy exploring the world on his own but still enjoys checking back in for affection and attention from his people. He walks beautifully on leash and enjoys wandering and sniffing at his own pace. While he's not overly clingy, he's always friendly and happy to come over for pets, treats, and especially belly rubs. This smart boy knows how to sit and lay down, is very food motivated, and takes treats gently. Tripp has a medium energy level and an easygoing personality, making him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a sweet, steady best friend. He has done well with other dogs, appearing calm and relaxed around them, though he's not particularly interested in playing.
Ideal Home
Tripp would likely do best with children who can respect his space and not overwhelm him.
