Dozer

Meet Dozer, a sweet and independent 9-week-old puppy! Dozer enjoys playtime with his siblings but is also content to entertain himself. He has plenty of puppy energy when playing but is equally happy to relax, making him a great fit for a moderate to lower-energy home. Dozer is curious, playful, and has been raised around children, doing well with them. His laid-back personality might make him especially well-suited for a home with older children who appreciate his relaxed style. He gets along well with other puppies and would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home.

Ideal Home

A home where someone is around more than they are away, as puppies under 6 months of age need frequent attention and should not be crated for long periods. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, please explain who will be available to spend time with Dozer during that time.

Ongoing Health

Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters will be responsible for having them altered when age-appropriate. A portion of the adoption donation will be refunded after proof of future spay/neuter is provided.

Training & Support

Dozer is still learning the ropes, including potty training. He will need a family committed to teaching him basic commands and house manners as he grows. He stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised.

Dozer is currently in foster care. Transports occur every few weeks, and approved adopters will be placed on the next available transport.
