Meet Charlie, a charming 5-6-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing 60 lbs. Charlie is a truly sweet and funny boy who absolutely adores playtime and affection. He has a wonderful temperament and is known to be great with people, children, other dogs, and even cats!

Charlie's journey started when he was found as a stray and sadly ended up on the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter. He was rescued in a very malnourished state and was initially unsure of the world. Now, thanks to loving care, he is full of life and gaining weight, looking so much better! He is sure to make a wonderful companion for a lucky family.

Charlie would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of love, playtime, and affection.

Ongoing Health

Charlie is currently gaining weight and recovering from being malnourished. He is doing wonderfully and continues to improve each day.

Training & Support

Charlie is house-trained. His past experiences as a stray mean he's still learning to trust and gain confidence, but he's doing great and has a fantastic temperament.
