Rain (water themed litter)

Meet Rain! This sweet, goofy, and energetic girl was born on January 11, 2026, and came to us in May 2026 as a young puppy. She has a unique look, favoring Hound and Pitbull/Terrier breeds, with a coat of short fur and a longer nose reminiscent of a Lab or Hound. We believe she's a mix of Lab/Hound and Lab/Pit/Hound. Rain is loving her foster home and is thriving with other dogs after a difficult start. She was rescued from a tough situation in Woodbury, TN, where she and her littermates were left to roam and breed uncontrollably. Thankfully, she's now safe and learning to trust, enjoying the comforts of a loving home.

Ideal Home

Rain would do best in a home with older children, 10 years and up. While she can warm up to younger children, very young, energetic kids who move quickly can initially startle her. She's doing wonderfully in her foster home with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Rain is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes four Parvo-Distemper shots, two Lepto shots, Rabies, Bordetella, spay, and microchip. She has also been heartworm tested and is on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Rain is crate trained and sleeps through the night without accidents. She is still working on her potty training, but with consistency and patience, she'll surely master it.
