Meet Sienna – Sweet, Silly, and Simply Adorable 💕

Sienna is a 9-year-old Staffordshire Terrier with a heart of gold and a tail that never stops wagging. Weighing about 50 pounds, she’s the perfect mix of affectionate, goofy, and resilient. Sienna's journey hasn’t been easy. After wandering the streets of Houston, she was rescued and nurtured back to health with the help of compassionate volunteers and community partners. Today, Sienna is thriving, with increased energy, a shiny coat, and a newfound understanding of safety and love. She’s currently eating NutriSource Beef & Rice Recipe to support her ongoing health, is heartworm negative, and on monthly prevention.

Ideal Home

Sienna is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks wonderfully on a leash, enjoying her daily strolls. She's calm in the car and content to be near her people. While she hasn’t been tested with children, she doesn’t react to dogs or cats from a distance. However, she can be nervous around other dogs, especially females, so slow and thoughtful introductions are important if there are other pets in the home.

Ongoing Health

Sienna was treated for a severe intestinal worm infection. She is now heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Sienna is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. She is generally calm and well-behaved, with adorable quirks like sitting up to get attention. She adores belly rubs and snuggling.

Transporation

Sienna is currently fostered in Houston, Texas. Out-of-state adoptions are welcome, and transport is available for approved adopters for an additional fee.
