Rusty is a 4-year-old, 55-pound Retriever/Lab mix with a heart full of love and a gentle soul. He found himself at risk in a high-intake shelter, but our rescue stepped in to give him the second chance he truly deserved. Now thriving in his foster home, Rusty is a calm and affectionate companion who loves to snuggle on the couch. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playtime, but he's just as happy relaxing by your side. Rusty is house-trained, crate-trained, and friendly, making him an all-around wonderful boy.

Ideal Home

Rusty lives happily with two other dogs and three teenage boys, showing he's a social and adaptable companion.

Ongoing Health

Rusty is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He will receive a final veterinary health inspection before joining his forever family.

Training & Support

Rusty is house-trained and crate-trained. He enjoys lounging in his crate with the door open.
