Little Benny

Meet Little Benny! Benny is a handsome purebred Beagle with the perfect blend of adventure and affection. While he has the refined soul of a gentleman, he's a "work in progress" and is actively learning his manners. He's a star student, eager to please, especially if there's a treat involved! He is unfortunately scared of males, so a female-only home would suit Little Benny the best. Benny is a true lap dog who loves to snuggle up close. He's a dream on the road, jumping into vehicles with ease and remaining quiet and calm for the entire ride. Benny is a clever boy currently polishing his household manners and will thrive with a family excited to continue his training journey. Being a smart Beagle, he is a bit of an escape artist and will need a secure yard and a family who enjoys keeping him engaged.

Ideal Home

Benny is looking for a dedicated female partner to help him finish his "manners school" and provide plenty of blankets to burrow under. A home with a securely fenced yard is a must due to his escape artist tendencies.

Ongoing Health

Benny is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccines.

Training & Support

Benny is crate trained and no longer jumps on furniture. He adores all animals. He is still working on adjusting to men, and will retreat to his crate when he is uncomfortable, though he is not aggressive. Continued positive reinforcement and patience will help him adjust further.
