Mesa

Hi, I'm Mesa! I'm a playful pup with adorable white mitten paws, floppy ears, and a fluffy tail. When I get excited, I love to hop around like a bunny and get the zoomies, running all over the house! I came all the way from New Mexico in search of my forever home. My mom is a pitbull mix, and my dad is a boxer. I'm already doing so well with potty training and use the door bells to let my foster parents know when I need to go out. I'm also working on enjoying my kennel, and my foster parents are making it fun with special kennel games! At night, I sleep in my kennel in their bedroom. I've mastered "sit" and am working hard on "stay," "place," "come," and "down," as well as recall, impulse control, and focus. Treats and toys are my biggest motivators!

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a big yard to run and play in, and would do best with other dog siblings and kids. I also really love toys!

Ongoing Health

I am a healthy pup, and have no known health conditions.

Training & Support

I'm a quick learner and love positive reinforcement with treats and toys! I'm working on becoming more comfortable in my kennel and am practicing various commands like "stay," "place," "come," and "down," as well as recall, impulse control, and focus.
