Judge

Meet Judge! This handsome 5-year-old Heeler/Pitbull mix (our best guess!) is ready to find his forever home. Judge is eager to please and loves to be with his people. He walks well on a leash and is looking for a handler who can continue his training journey. Judge does not get along with cats and while he's okay with other dogs, he tends to be the alpha, so slow introductions are key. He's also a bit of an escape artist, so a tall, secure fence is a must for his new home.

Ideal Home

Judge would thrive in a home with an experienced handler who can provide consistent training and a secure environment. He needs a tall, panel fence to keep him safe, and he is not a good fit for homes with cats. Slow introductions are necessary for any resident dogs.

Ongoing Health

Judge is up to date on vaccines, heartworm preventatives, and flea/tick medication. He has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Judge needs continued training with a firm but fair handler to help him channel his eagerness to please. He's already a good leash walker!
