Big Mama

Big Mama is an affectionate, athletic, adventure-loving 3-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier mix who enjoys going on walks and meeting new people! She was found in the middle of the road and brought to our shelter after her stray hold was up. She was underweight when found, but now weighs a healthy 60lbs. Big Mama is incredibly people-friendly and loves to cuddle, though she can be unaware of her size when she's zooming around! She loves to lounge indoors but is ready for playtime once she's outside.

Ideal Home

Big Mama would do best in a home without young children due to her energy level and unawareness of her size. She has done well with most male dogs she has met and tends to be more assertive with female dogs, so a home with only male dogs would be ideal. She does not require a doggy sibling to live her best life.

Big Mama is potty and crate trained, knows sit and shake, is very smart, and is good on a leash.
