Banjo

Banjo (72 lbs) is about 5 years old and knows how to make an entrance with his tail wagging, eyes shining, and ready to meet every new person like they're an old friend. He's a certified gentleman in public places and loves to make new friends wherever he goes. He's housebroken, crate trained, and a professional doggy door user. Banjo walks beautifully on a leash, sits on command, and is a pro in the car. He enjoys his daily strolls and adventures, but also loves to relax on the couch and snooze nearby. He's a smart, polite, and low-maintenance companion.

Ideal Home

Banjo gets along with most friendly dogs but prefers to keep his inner circle small, especially around certain males. He is not a fan of cats, pigs, or farm animals, though he doesn't bother the birds in the house. Banjo would thrive with someone experienced with larger dogs who can continue to reinforce his good habits.

Training & Support

Banjo is an eager-to-please, smart dog who has had training and is a master of good habits. He is well-mannered on walks and trained to ignore other animals, remaining focused on his person.

Transporation

Banjo is located in Mississippi and will be transported north once his adoption is finalized. Transport fees are waived.
