Larry

Larry is an approximately 3-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix weighing around 52 lbs. He's a certified dork and a professional goofball! Larry doesn't do "sit" – not for treats, not for manners, not for anyone. Instead, he's a big fan of the full-speed, run-you-over-at-100-mph greeting approach. It's bold, it's enthusiastic, and it's very Larry! He also loves to give kisses, using all of his teeth, directly on your nose, ear, or mouth. Personal space isn't really his thing.

Larry's true love is Mabel. They met in boarding after we rescued them, and somehow, Mabel (who famously doesn't like other dogs) fell head over heels for Larry's goofy self. They are inseparable. Larry is also best buds with Teddy and enjoys playing with Prissy, but Mabel only tolerates Teddy and is not accepting applications for any additional members of their thruple – boundaries have been set! Larry and Mabel are bonded and will not be separated. Honestly, two dogs are better than one, especially when one is the brains (Mabel) and one is... Larry.

Ideal Home

Larry and Mabel are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Mabel only tolerates Teddy and is not accepting applications for any additional members in their household.

Ongoing Health

Larry is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Larry does not sit, ever. He greets with a full-speed, run-you-over approach and gives kisses with all his teeth.
