SNICKERS

Snickers, a young female pup, was found with her sisters abandoned and locked in a chicken coop. A kind Samaritan had been feeding them for over a month before they came to us. Snickers is a sweet girl who is naturally a bit scared, and loud noises can startle her. However, she's been getting braver every single day and is starting to truly open up. She absolutely loves going on walks, riding in the car (especially for pup cups!), and has mastered a great "sit." While she's still a little unsure about new people, she will allow them to pet her if they approach her calmly and at her level. Snickers also really enjoys her crate and sleeps soundly in it at night with the door open. She's recently started exploring the backyard and is making good progress with potty training.

A patient and understanding home is what Snickers needs to continue building her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Snickers is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Snickers is working on potty training and is making strides. She needs regular walks throughout the day to ensure she gets a chance to relieve herself. While she is getting braver, she still prefers her safe spaces like her crate or under the couch. She tries her best to do the right thing!
